1.Can I return items?
According to our deal process, we custom-produce and ship items according to customers' requirements. We cannot accept any kind of return or exchange if there is no obvious evidence that can certify we supplied undesirable goods. Therefore, we kindly suggest both of us carefully confirm all details on our treaty before make agreements. Additionally, we cannot accept any amendment after the agreement unless customers take the loss.
2.Do you accept refund or compensation?
As we make items on required conditions, we do not accept refund or any other kind of compensation in principle. If problems occur, we can discuss in detail and we are glad to do what we can help.
3.How to define quality problems?
We cannot refund because of color problems, which don't belong to obvious quality problems.
As we know, the difference between real samples and pictures is unavoidable and there certainly is disparity between items at distinguished prices. We insist on costs-effective items and also do not claim supplying authentic designer dresses. So we cannot accept excuse that the real dress isn't much like the original one.
