1. What does the price include?
The price is only for the custom-made dress, while shawl, veil or glove is not included.
2. Why are your prices so low?
We are a manufacturer of wedding dresses, evening dresses, bridal gowns with rich experience. All the wedding dresses are directly made by our factory without any intermediaries. And since we are not a retail shop or agent, we do not have to pay for extra cost for renting shops. Thus we can offer competitive prices for your wedding dresses.
3. Can you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?
We can do it for most ordinary designs. Please email us your pictures with all the specifications. After our expert designers and dressmakers have reviewed the pictures, we can inform you of whether we can make it. It's unavoidable that sometimes the fabrics of the dress you enquired are difficult to find, or the special cut requirements are beyond our ability. However, we hope you can offer real samples if your required design comes from the combination of many pictures, as it is hard for both of us to define whether we made the right dress you desire.
4. How long would it take to receive one wedding dress or prom dress after it has been order from your website?
We usually take 25-35 days to finish a piece of wedding dress,12-18 days for a piece of prom dress. Further detailed leading time depends on your order quantity.Rush service is sometimes possible for an additional charge. Please contact our customer service representatives for more information.
5. How can I find my size?
We strongly recommend you have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress /dressmaker to ensure the accurate measurement before buying any dress online. We have provided the standard size chart for you to choose from if you need a standard size dress.
6. Is the colour of the picture displayed identical as the colour of the dress?
Not always. Different brands of computers, lighting in the room, different fabrics and other variables can make your eyes receive different colour information. Do not use pictures and magazines as colour swatches since different brands of ink on different types of paper may create different effects.
7. When should I order?
For individuals, you will receive your customized wedding dress within 25 days after confirming your order you placed. So we suggest that please place your order one month before your wedding date, in order to give us more time for re-confirming, making and shipping. However, if you are urgent, we can also make the wedding gown at a required time for you, which you need to pay for extra fees.

8. What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, West Union, bank wire transfer and Money Gram. For more details, please see our payment methods.
9. Do I have to make payment in full when ordering?
You have to make full payment at the time of purchase, and then we can start production. Otherwise the delayed delivery caused by it won't be of our responsibility.
10. Why did I fail in submitting the order?
Some of our clients provided feedback for failing in submitting the order. We feel very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the network congestion. Please be patient or email our customer service representatives directly. We may be not able to respond to you immediately due to time equation, but we will do it as soon as possible.
11. Can I cancel the order?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your purchase. You can cancel the order if we receive your email before we start making your dress normally in 48 hours. But you have to know that we will start making your dress as soon as possible after we receive your confirmation, so please check your order carefully before payment and send us your confirmation mail.
12.How to cancel my order?
-If you do not pay for your order, then do not worry. There are many testing orders at our website everyday, we only pay attention to orders which have already been paid.
-If you have paid for your order,
If you contact us within 36 hours after we receive your payment, 70% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 140) will get into your account within 3 business days
If you contact us within 48 hours after we receive your payment, 50% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 100) will get into your account within 2 business days
If you contact us within 72 hours after we receive your payment, 30% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 60) will get into your account within 1 business days
We will not cancel your order after 72 hours from the moment we get your payment. Hope you can kindly understand.
13.Why haven't I received any confirmation since I payed?
We send mails to the mailbox you used to log in our website, so it is important for you to leave a correct e-mail address which you often use. If your e-mail address is correct, we suggest you check your junk mails.

15. Can You Ship To "MY COUNTRY"?
Yes, no problem, we can ship to your country. We can ship single item samples or large orders to *worldwide*.
Please note, before ordering we advise you to make clear the import tax situation in your own country.
16. How can I place a large / bulk order?
We will provide you with personal customer service for large volume wholesale orders and discuss the shipping options fully.
For large volume order quotation, our Customer Manager will serve you.
17. Is paying by bank transfer/western union free?
No, they are not free. You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to us by Western Union/Bank Transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for an order of $300, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transferring of $350. If you only submit $300, then the payment that arrives at us (in this example) will only be $250 and we won't be able to send your full order. We pay for any bank currency conversion fees within China Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
If you pay by western union, you need to go to a western union branch. Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee. Please submit the amount including transfer fee.
18. Do I Have To Pay for VAT / Sales Tax?
We do not add any additional charges or taxes in China. Possible additional costs to you may include:
- Bank transfer charges,
- Paypal money 'upload' charges,
- Any import duties that are levied at customs.
Please note that if you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from us, ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country.
Please note that if you are drop-shipping to end customers, let them know about any taxes they may have to pay when receiving goods from the courier.
19. How much tax do I need to pay?
Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer's responsibility.
We will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered from us arrive in your country.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but we can't give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
You must ensure that you are aware about regulations in your own country before ordering from us. In most countries the actual origin of the goods (China) is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents are relevant.

20. How to Choose a Wedding Dress Style?
Everyone thinks they know how to buy wedding gowns. Most women don't realize that fabrics and measurements can influence the style of the wedding dresses that best match the particular body types.
a. Full figured women
If you are a full figured woman, the best silhouette is an A- Line. A-line lengthens the whole body without drawing attention to your waistline. The empire waistline is another good choice. The empire is narrowest just below the bust and can conceal your waist and hips.
Many plus sized girls tend to purchase wedding gowns that cover a lot of skin. If religion isn't an issue, don't be afraid to show some skin. Skin is sexy and showing your arms and neckline that can often make one appear smaller.
Deep V necks and scoop necks flatter curvy figures always look best on full figured women.
b. Petite
A-line wedding dresses are also flattering on a petite woman. As we stated earlier that it lengthened the body. Sheaths seem to shorten a small body even more. Stay clear of very full skirts. You want to keep your wedding dress in proportion to your body.
Be careful with strapless.
A petite woman may have to lift her arms to reach up to her new husband.
A cap sleeve gives the feeling of a strapless gown and also serves a practical purpose in holding the gown in place.
c. Large bust women
Off the shoulder gowns look wonderful on a full bust. It draws our attention upward, emphasizes the shoulders and minimizes the chest. Keep your skirt narrow. Wearing a full skirt will make you look large on top and bottom.
d. Bottom heavy
Women who are larger through their hips and buttocks should look for a wedding dress that focuses on their upper body preferably with a full skirt. Show your arms, back and bustline.
Corset style bodice with lacing will highlight your upper body. We want to draw attention away from your hips. Avoid pleats or gathered fabric around the waist.
